Soungui Fitness retains the right to suspend or cancel the membership or impose fines of $50.00 plus costs on any member for violation of the following rules : a) Theft, damage, or destruction of property or the property of other members. b) Failure to pay dues or charges when due. c) Fighting or harassing other members. d) Conduct of behavior found to be offensive or unacceptable 2. Members are responsible for the conduct, damages, and charges of their guests. 3. Soungui Fitness reserves the right to amend its rules and regulations at any time. 4. The member acknowledges and accepts the risk inherent in the use of Club services and facilities. By using the services the member hereby assumes the risk of injury, accident, death disability, loss cost or damage to his or her person or property that may arise from using the club's services or facilities. The member hereby releases the club from all claims or liabilities for personal injury or loss of or damage to property of any kind sustained by the member. 5. The member certifies that they are in good physical health and is able to undertake and engage in the physical activities, exercise, or sports activities in which they have chosen to participate. 6. Members shall dress in an appropriate manner while in all public areas. 7. By signing the agreement, the member agrees to adhere to and be bound by the clubs rules, to pay all fines for misconduct and to forfeit membership without refund of dues if terminated by the club for the cause. 8. The member agrees to pay, when due, all fees, and charges in accordance with this agreement. If a member should fail to pay when due, any amounts payable to Soungui Fitness, then the unpaid balance will be assessed an interest charge at a rate of 1.50% per month until paid. 9. Membership Freeze. Members may freeze their membership only for specific reasons and only by submitting their request in writing. Freezes will only be allowed for medical or temporary relocation. A doctor's note is required to complete a freeze. Any freeze must be done in person or by email. If you have signed up for a 3, 6 or 12 month period, the frozen months are added at the end. 10. Cancellation policy. Members are to give a minimum 24 h notice for canceled training sessions or else full charges apply. 1 week notice is required for cancellation of membership. (Does not apply to 3,6 or 12 month term commitments) 11. Members are allowed 2 reschedules or cancelations per month. Payment due dates will not be extended without a membership freeze request. 12. Members are required to save credit or debit card information for all recurring memberships starting immediately. If you have not done so already, your personal trainer will ask you to at the start of your next session. 13.
