Each session is approxiametly an hour long.

You can access the gym space at the back entrance of the building located at 4 Florence St. You will see the red door, which is the entrance.

A minimum of 2 to 3 times a week to achieve optimal performance on the court, balanced with recovery, proper nutrition and sleep.
