Soungui Fitness is a medium, a way to move people from where they are to where they would like to be or have the potential to be. It aims to do so through the promotion of health and wellness by demonstrating fitness as a holistic embodiment; Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually. When we experience balance with these 3, we allow ourselves to live and experience the beauty of a balanced lifestyle.

Group fitness is our primary focus at Soungui Fitness. I believe the best way to work on your growth and development is to get joy from what you are doing and work toward your goals with like minded individuals that will not only motivate a happier and healthier lifestyle, they will help you to do so with a great amount fun and energy!

 

What You Should Expect

When you come and train with me at Soungui Fitness you will be entering a positive and supportive environment. You can expect to leave a workout feeling more accomplished and experience one of the greatest benefits of exercise, feeling good! The exercises that are performed in our workouts target the full body and focus on increasing strength and improvement in conditioning.   Your workouts are built to allow you to work at your own intensity toward your fitness goals, and at the same time challenging you both physically and mentally to grow through barriers.

If you are looking for guidance, a place to train, or some motivation to get started and keep pushing, Soungui Fitness is here to help you do that, and more! Getting started isn’t always easy.

All you need to get started with me at Soungui Fitness is to drop in for any of the workouts!
